Yes, we provide a service called baggage meets. Since September 11th, airport regulations restrict our greeters from going to the gates, so our greeters meet passengers in the baggage claim area. Our greeters carry Pearson Fleet Service tablets with the passengers’ last names. This service has an additional fee, requires a private car, and must be made by calling our office. Baggage Claim Meet option is NOT available if you make your reservation on the web.
Yes. When you fill out any personal information, including your credit card number, you are on a secure site where the information is encrypted for your security and protection.
We have two types of billing accounts—personal or corporate. You must fill out an application and fax it to us for review. Approval may take a few weeks, but we will notify the individual/company of the new account number upon approval. Contact our office and ask for a Charge Request Form to be emailed or faxed.
